Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

Individual Membership Program, designed to provide a range of benefits tailored to support and enhance authors' scholarly endeavors. As a member, authors will have the privilege of submitting manuscripts without constraints, excluding special issues, offering unparalleled flexibility for authorship and co-authorship. Additionally, members will enjoy substantial waivers and discounts on article processing charges (APCs) for both regular and special issue submissions, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective publication process.

In addition, members can submit an unlimited number of submissions. Access to professional language editing services will also be provided to enhance the clarity, precision, and overall quality of submissions. Members will be presented with a formal Certificate of Membership, recognizing their dedication and commitment to the pursuit of knowledge.

Student Membership

For students, the journal offers a Student Membership Program designed to nurture and support the next generation of scientists and clinicians. With unlimited manuscript submissions, excluding special issues, students will have the freedom to publish as an author or co-author without any submission constraints. Additionally, students will receive a personalized Certificate of Membership, acknowledging their active involvement and contributions to scholarly publishing. To apply, students are required to submit a brief letter of recommendation from a faculty member, department head, or research advisor.

Institutional Membership

The journal's Institutional Membership Program is tailored to cater to universities, research centers, hospitals, and medical schools, aiming to streamline the research publication process for their esteemed faculty and affiliated professionals. With centralized publishing access, institutions can efficiently manage multiple authors under a single institutional account, simplifying the publication process. Additionally, members will benefit from discounted article processing charges (APCs), with the possibility of partial or full waivers for a designated number of submissions each year. A formal Certificate of Membership will be presented, highlighting the institution's commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and promoting scholarly communication.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Corporate/Industry Membership Program tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical developers, and healthcare innovators seeking to engage with the academic and clinical communities. Members will benefit from reduced APCs for staff-authored publications and research reports, ensuring cost-effective access to peer-reviewed dissemination. Furthermore, organizations will receive an official Certificate of Membership, recognizing their unwavering commitment to advancing scientific research and fostering innovation.

Once all necessary information is received and any doubts are resolved, the membership application will be promptly processed.
 

Important Membership Renewal Information

• Your membership benefits are valid for the specified duration and must be utilized during the membership term. Please be aware that any unused benefits cannot be carried over unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
• We also strongly encourage early renewals, as members who renew before their current term ends will receive a 10% discount on renewal fees. This is our way of acknowledging your ongoing support and commitment to our publishing house.
• However, it's important to note that late renewals are not eligible for the continuation of previously unused services or discounts. We want to ensure that all our members have fair and equal access to the benefits of their membership.
