Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

Our Individual Membership Program is designed to offer substantial discounts on Article Processing Charges (APCs), ensuring a more cost-effective approach to publishing research. We are committed to recognizing and showcasing the expertise and achievements of individual researchers and authors, providing them with a platform to highlight their contributions.
 
To qualify for APC waivers, individuals must be an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Upon registration, the journal provides a prestigious membership certificate. Authors can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, with the exception of special issues, for which a 30% discount on the APC is available.

Student Membership

Our Student Membership Program is designed to support and motivate students engaged in research projects. Applicants are required to submit a short letter of recommendation from their department head, group leader, or supervisor. Accepted students can publish an unlimited number of papers in our esteemed journals during their membership period, gaining valuable experience in academic publishing. Authors will also receive a membership certificate and benefit from various discounts.

Institutional Membership

Institutional Membership supports universities, research institutions, and academic departments in advancing their scholarly publishing initiatives. This collaborative approach enables multiple affiliated authors to publish under a single institutional agreement, with benefits such as partial or full waivers on APCs for a specified number of publications annually. Joining as an institutional member reinforces organizations' commitment to academic excellence and open-access publishing, while providing valuable support to their affiliated authors. Members will also receive a certificate of membership to acknowledge their contributions to the scientific community.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Our Corporate/Industry Membership is tailored for private sector organizations, including biotech companies, pharmaceutical developers, medical device manufacturers, and healthcare innovators. This membership aims to foster meaningful engagement with the academic and clinical research communities, offering exclusive benefits such as discounted APCs for manuscripts. Members will receive an official Corporate Membership Certificate, symbolizing their active role in supporting scientific advancement and fostering innovation, enhancing research visibility and credibility for their companies.

How to Apply

To become a member, interested authors can submit an email to [email protected] with their full name, institutional affiliation, complete mailing address, and preferred journal(s). Researchers are encouraged to include any additional inquiries or specific requests regarding membership options. Once all necessary details are provided and any uncertainties are addressed, the membership application will be promptly processed.

Important Points to be Noted

• Journal understands the importance of your ongoing support and would like to extend a waiver on the membership renewal fees if you choose to renew before the expiration date of your current agreement.
• This 10% waiver serves as a token of our appreciation for your continued commitment to our publications. We believe that this offer will not only benefit you but also contribute to the advancement of scientific research and knowledge dissemination. 
• Please note that renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services. Therefore, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and renew your membership before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted access to our services.
