Authors must be listed as either the primary author or co-author of the submitted manuscript to qualify for APC discounts or waivers.

• Substantial discounts on Article Processing Charges (APCs), making it more affordable to publish high-quality work.
• Unlimited manuscript submissions per year (excluding special issues), promoting continuous academic output.
• A 30% discount on APCs for special issue submissions.
• An official certificate of membership acknowledging your pivotal role in scientific advancement.

Student Membership

Student Membership, meticulously designed to motivate and empower emerging researchers by providing opportunities to flourish in their academic and professional careers. This membership enables students to actively engage in the publishing process and build their research portfolios early on. A brief recommendation letter from a department head, faculty supervisor, or research group leader must accompany the application to verify student status.

• Unlimited paper submissions during the active membership period.
• Eligibility to serve as the primary or co-author on published papers.
• Receipt of an official student membership certificate, enhancing academic credibility and resume impact.

Institutional Membership

Institutional Membership offers universities, research centers, and academic departments the opportunity to support their affiliated researchers and promote collective publishing goals. This membership is designed to enhance collaboration, reduce costs, and foster innovation at an organizational level.

• A unified publishing agreement allowing multiple authors to submit and publish under one institutional membership.
• Partial or full APC waivers for a specified number of articles each year.
• Official certificate of membership, highlighting the institution's role in promoting open-access publishing.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Corporate/Industry Membership provides companies and industry professionals with the opportunity to establish thought leadership within the academic community. It offers a platform for brand enhancement and fosters meaningful engagement with the latest research and developments in the field.

How to Apply for Membership?

To apply for membership, please email your membership request to [email protected], including the required information and any specific queries or requests regarding membership options. Once all necessary information is received and any doubts are resolved, the membership application will be promptly processed.

Important Membership Notes

• As per our agreement, your membership benefits are valid for the specified duration and must be utilized during the membership term. It's important to note that unused benefits cannot be carried over unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
• We also want to encourage early renewals, as members who renew before their current term ends will receive a 10% discount on renewal fees. This is our way of showing appreciation for your continued support and commitment to our publishing house.
• However, it's important to note that late renewals are not eligible for the continuation of previously unused services or discounts. We want to ensure that all our members have fair and equal access to the benefits of their membership.
