Regular submissions are accepted throughout the year, and each manuscript is read as it arrives.

Work the journal is glad to receive
Each of the following is read on the same terms as any other submission:
- Simulation-only studies where the simulation is the appropriate instrument for the claim.
- Negative and inconclusive results that were properly designed and are clearly reported.
- Replications, reproducibility studies and careful re-analyses.
- Methods, tooling, datasets and benchmarks that other groups can use.
- Engineering and systems contributions that report what it took to make something work.
The evidence a manuscript needs is the evidence its own claim requires.
