Submit Manuscript
Three routes are open for sending a manuscript to the journal. Choose the one that suits you; each reaches the same editorial office and the same assessment.
The one rule about routes
Use a single route
Authors must use only one submission route for the same manuscript.
Sending the same manuscript by more than one route creates duplicate records that slow the handling of your own submission. If you are unsure whether a submission arrived, write to the editorial office rather than sending it again.

Primary route

The publisher's submission system. It takes you through the required information and file uploads, records the submission against your account, and is where revisions and correspondence are handled.
Alternative route
Simple manuscript submission form
A short web form for authors who prefer not to create a submission-system account. The form opens with this journal already selected, so the manuscript reaches the Journal of Evolving Stem Cell Research directly.
Assisted route
Editorial email
Write to the editorial office with the manuscript and its files attached. Use this route if you need help with the submission itself, or if a file cannot be uploaded through the other two.
No route is faster than another, and none carries any advantage in review or acceptance. Editorial decisions remain independent of fees, services, memberships and roles.
Before you send
What to have ready
- The manuscript prepared to the limits for its article type, with a structured abstract and 4–6 keywords.
- Figures as separate files at a minimum of 300 dpi, with scale bars on microscopy images, and tables in editable form.
- Cell provenance, authentication, mycoplasma testing, passage and culture conditions for the cells used.
- Ethical approvals and consent documentation, and trial registration details where the study is an interventional trial.
- Declarations: authorship, conflicts of interest, funding and the role of the funder, and a data-availability statement.
- If you want double-blind review, a reviewer copy with identifying information removed and a separate title page.

- New methods, protocols or technologies that extend what can be measured or made.
- Review Articles
- Analyses that synthesize a body of published work.
- Clinical Studies
- Translational and clinical work with cell-based approaches.

After submission
What happens to your manuscript
All submissions undergo initial editorial screening. Manuscripts that meet the journal's scope and minimum requirements proceed to independent peer review. Single-blind by default; double-blind review is available on request. Manuscripts that proceed to external peer review are normally evaluated by at least two independent subject-matter experts.
Editorial decisions are based on scope, scientific quality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, reporting quality, and relevance to the journal. Nothing is payable to submit or during assessment; an article processing charge of USD 1,499 is invoiced only after acceptance, and the withdrawal terms are set out on the Article Processing Charges page.
